Ms. Harter teaches 1st grade at Palm Crest. She has her Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Studies K-8 Multiple Subject Option and her Master's Degree in Educational Administration. Before coming to Palm Crest, Ms. Harter taught 4th and 5th grade in Beverly Hills and 2nd and 3rd grade in Glendale. She lives in Montrose and enjoys seeing her students and families around town!
